The near-flagship tier Vodafone Smart Platinum 7 has been unveiled, and we’re liking what we’re seeing so far. The smartphone costs £300 if you buy it up front on Pay-As-You-Go, but you’re getting a lot of higher-end tech for that price.
The Vodafone Smart Platinum 7 will hit the market on June 20. Vodafone says that the launch of this device is a celebration of their 10-year anniversary of making their own devices. This newest offering is being hailed as the “first premium 4G+ smartphone,” and it rocks a 5.5-inch 2K AMOLED display and has 32GB of internal storage. Under the hood we’re seeing the Snapdragon 652 processor powered by 3GB of RAM. It runs Android 6.0.1 out of the box, sports a sleek aluminum frame, and touts a 16MP main camera paired with an 8MP selfie snapper. Vodafone boasts that the 3000mAh battery is able to keep these components running for up to two days.
